Ken Krogue, Silver Beaver Keynote Speaker

Ken Krogue, President and Founder of InsideSales.com, was the 2013 Silver Beaver keynote speaker. Ken shares what it means for recipients to be honored for their service and contributions to the Scouting program.

One of the greatest lessons Ken learned was how to do hard things. When he became a Scout leader, he was stressed trying to do everything. A good friend taught him about the lawn-chair leadership approach. Ken had to learn how to teach the boys how to lead and plan and use that as the measure of his success.

He founded Inside Sales.com in November 2004, where he leads the marketing, business development, consulting education, implementation and support departments, and over sees day-to-day marketing operations.
