Jesus taught: “LET YOUR LIGHT SO SHINE BEFORE MEN, THAT THEY MAY SEE YOUR GOOD WORKS, AND GLORIFY YOUR FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN.”—Matthw 5:16
Have you ever met a person who has the light which this scripture talks about? I believe I have only met three men. Their Christ-like aura was so strong. I asked each of them to share their experiences with me and teach me to shine like they did.
The answer was always the same “we have found Jesus”. They all taught me scriptures to strengthen my testimony. It changed my life and I began a tradition of giving and sharing. I volunteered for worthwhile causes, taught the troubled children, those with problems and addictions, and the disabled.
By acknowledging your strengths, it enables you to share those things you know with others. People do recognize this light which glorifies our Father which is in heaven. You might not know it at the time, but you will be remembered for your good works.
