About Hyrum W. Smith

In corporate circles, Hyrum W. Smith is described as the ‘Father of Time Management’ and is probably associated in the minds of most people with what was FranklinQuest and is now FranklinCovey. While at FranklinQuest, Smith created the Franklin Planner and seminars on productivity development based on the “belief window” and other concepts, among the company’s other products. As the co-founder of these companies, he was directly responsible for training over 6 million people over the course of his career in time management skills and increased personal productivity.

Well known as a luminary in time and life management, he “retired” from Franklin in 2004 to pursue other interests.  Today you will find Hyrum giving speeches and championing his latest initiative, The 3 Gaps – Are You Making a Difference?

Smith is the author of 10 Natural Laws of Successful Time and Life Management (1994) and What Matters Most (2001) as well as other audio tapes.

A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Smith served as a mission president in California for the Church. He has also written a few religious books: Where Eagles Rest (1982) a collection of sermons he has given over the years.

This is an amazing opportunity to expand your personal and professional development. We hope to see you there.
