I really respect women who put their heart into Scouting. I’m glad we have this unique award in our council. Way to be amazing women!

Women oftentimes are the true backbone of a Scouting program. They are working with their sons/daughters in the home daily motivating their youth to continue to strive harder, to achieve, to become the person they need to be.

Above and beyond this are the women serving in Cub Scout packs and dens, Troop committees, etc. Honor and recognition is needed!
