Cindy has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 23 years. She has effectively directed and supported her unit’s Scouting program as Chairperson of the Scout Committee. She has devoted countless hours encouraging and guiding young men in the Cub Scout, Troop and Varsity programs along their path to Eagle. Cindy requires a lot out of the boys in regards to Boards of Review and meeting Advancement and Merit Badge requirements. She is very generous with her time and means to make Scouting memorable for the boys.
Cathy has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 30 years. Her involvement at the unit level has been exceptional. She has serves as an 11-year-old Scout leader at least twice and as a Cubmaster and Den Leader. She has served at the District level as a secretary to the Bridal Veil Falls District Key 3. She served as Chairman for 3-5 years at the District Scout show along with Chairman over Boy’s Life. Cathy has always been completely committed, dependable and conscientious. She loves the boys and makes scouting fun.
Shauna has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 30 years. Shauna has done it all and for many years. She is easily one of the most dedicated Scout leaders. She has served at every level and is currently serving as a Unit Commissioner. Shauna also is also taking on multiple assignments at the District level. She loves the Scout program and she loves the youth. Shauna is very knowledgeable and loves to share that information with others. She lives the Scout Oath and Law in every way and is always willing to serve in any way she can.
Lori has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 20 years. Lori has served in various Cub Scout and Committee assignments. She is a team leader willing to give her best to the boys. She has also worked hard to serve the leaders in her role as Committee Chairman. Lori is Wood Badge trained and has served on staff for an additional 5 courses. She has also served as a Cub Day Camp Course Director. Lori is kind and patient, always looking to love and encourage. She lives the Scout Oath and Law and teaches by way of example.
Joyce has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 28 years. Joyce has always strived to involve every boy as she has served as a Leader Coach, Committee Member, Den Leader, Webelos Leader, and Cubmaster. Joyce has been a Merit Badge Counselor to many scouts. She has applied her skills learned from Akela’s Council with other Cub Scout Leaders. Joyce has also served on Roundtable staff and District Training staff. She promotes the values of Scouting in her example as she has helped her 8 sons achieve their Eagle Rank.
Janet has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 30 years. Janet has served faithfully in a variety of assignments from being a member of her Cub Scout Committee, Den Leader, Blazer leader, and currently serves as a Unit Commissioner and Advancement Chairman. Janet has shown exceptional character by her faithfulness to the Scouting programs by doing everything by the book. She has been faithful in her preparation by being trained in all assignments.
Cindi has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 15 years. Cindi has been asked to oversee Cub Scouting in her Unit and during that time attended Akela’s Council and has been dedicated to Scouting ever since. Cindi has trained many units, prepared boys for Boards of Review and guided them through the Eagle process. She has even participated in the development of the new Cub Scout program. Cindi is the epitome of the Scout Oath and Law. Her loyalty and dedication is to God, family, and country.
Brenda has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 19 years. Brenda has demonstrated noteworthy service and effective involvement serving in a variety of Scouting positions as a Den Leader, Unit Commissioner, Merit Badge Counselor, Webelos Leader, Council Advancement Committee, Eagle Coach Trainer and Cubmaster. Brenda has promoted the values of Scouting and demonstrated exceptional character and she has taught and trained during Roundtable and other assignments for the District and Council.
Debbie has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 12 years. Debbie has tirelessly served as Cub Committee Chair, Roundtable Staff, District Trainer, Merit Badge Counselor and Cubmaster. Debbie’s determination to create a quality District Day camp program included attending National Camp School twice and serving Cub Scouts and Webelos for over 9 years at camp. Her passion for mentoring youth is evident by the results of her broad Scouting service including being an Eagle mentor.
Bonnie has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 20 years. Bonnie has dived into and promoted the Cub Scout and 11-year old Scout programs and principles as founding means to help boys embrace scout ideals. Bonnie is a dignified and enthused leader of youth. She consistently uses her experience to influence, guide, and train men and women to fill their roles as Advisors to cheer youth on to greater and nobler roles. Bonnie has also designed and organized her unit’s Merit Badge Counselor standards system.
Debany has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 36 years. Debany has always been very proactive in trying to serve youth in the community. She has served is many Scouting positions including 11-year old leader, an Assistant Advisor in the Community Venturing Crew, Den Leader, etc. Debany is Wood Badge trained and also attended Akela’s Council. She loves the boys and does her best to help them love Scouting. Debany is a person who lives the Scout Oath and Law and her life exemplifies the characteristics of a true Scout.
Lorna has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 16 years. Lorna has served as Chairman or Member of her Unit Committee and has been very diligent in making sure the boys as well as the leaders have what they need and keeps everyone on track. Lorna lives the Scout Oath and Law. She understands what Scouting is able to do for the boys and what it teaches them. Lorna understands that this is an opportunity to shape and mold these young men.
Terry has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 29 years. Terry consistently has been an example, teacher, inspiration to her family, and has served in many Scouting positions in her local unit, along with serving on the District, Council and at the National level. She has also been heavily involved in the Leave No Trace Program. Over the last 29 years, she has touched and inspired the lives and hearts of thousands of youth and leaders. Terry is a positive influence to all those that she meets and touches their lives by living the Scout Oath and Law.
Naomi has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 40 years. Naomi is a good example of one who lives the Scout Oath and Law along with the principles of the Order of the Arrow. She does so much to lead and guide the boys along the Scouting trail. Naomi is always willing to help whenever and wherever she might be called upon. Naomi has served as a Den leader and Webelos leader for many years. She is also a Vigil Member and Assistant Chapter Advisor for the Order of the Arrow. Naomi helps Chapter Officers learn and fulfill their responsibilities.
Sarah has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 18 years. Sarah is a Vigil member of the Order of the Arrow along with being a Chapter Advisor for the Uintah Chapter of the OA. Sarah currently serves as the Troop Committee Chairman, Webelos leader, Crew Advisor and Assistant Program Director for High Uintah Scout Camp. Sarah also meets monthly with scouts to teach Merit Badge classes. Sarah is involved in all that her children do and lives the values and ideals of the Scout Oath and Law in every aspect of her life.
Janell has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 20 years. Janell is an excellent example for the boys to follow as they strive to achieve the values of Scouting in her religious callings, scout service and neighborhood involvement. Janell demonstrates the values of honesty, good conduct, and respecting others. She has also taught the boys skills that will last a lifetime and has helped them set and achieve goals in Scouting as well as other areas of their lives. Janell cares about boys and recognizes scouting as an effective way of preparing them for life.
Joyce has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 40 years. Joyce has been involved with Scouting in many areas on the Unit level serving as an 11-year old leader, Troop Committee Chair and Committee Member, as well as volunteering for the District. She is a dedicated, hardworking, and loyal volunteer. Joyce works exceptionally hard each year on getting the volunteers in the District the recognition they deserve. She also is dedicated working with the youth in her unit to make sure they advance.
Elisabeth Miller Payson
Elisabeth has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 10 years. She has gone above and beyond in her service as the Cub Scout Roundtable Chair. Elisabeth is always encouraging, uplifting and encouraging other leaders to become trained and actively engaged in the Cub Scout program and helping those scouts achieve their best potential. Elisabeth has always been willing to share her ideas and help others have fun and stay excited and engaged in Scouting. She has always had the best interest of the Cub Scouts in mind.
Rita Parry Provo
Rita has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 18 years. Rita is a tremendous example of all of the values of Scouting. She is consistently kind and willing to help someone that is in need of help. Rita is friendly to everyone she comes in contact with. She is the kind of example that every Boy Scout needs and deserves. Rita has served on multiple Wood Badge courses and will be directing another course next year. She has served as a Unit Commissioner and in other leadership capacities.
Debby has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 28 years. Debby shows in her every day actions that she is concerned for each young man and is an example to them of what great scouting can be. She lives the values of Scouting in her everyday actions. Debby is service oriented puts in many many hours each week volunteering in the 3 Scouting positions that she holds. Debby shows that she wants to help develop young men to become a great generation of adults. She looks out for the best in people and wants her community to be safe and respectful.
Sarah has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 21 years. Sarah has given noteworthy service at all Cub Scout levels. She has served in many positions as a Den Leader, Webelos Leader and Den Mother. She also volunteers as a Merit Badge Counselor. Sarah has demonstrated exceptional character by living the Scout Oath and Law in her everyday life.
Debra has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 23 years. Debra has demonstrated noteworthy service to Scouting in many areas as Advancement Chair, Committee Member and District Committee Member. She has also shown exceptional character as she lives the timeless values of the Scout Oath and Law throughout her life. Debra has also worked with her own sons as they achieve the rank of Eagle including the extra time and energy to help her one son with special needs achieve his Eagle rank.
Lyla has devoted herself in service to Scouting for 20 years. Lyla has been involved in almost every aspect of the Scouting program in her Unit from Cub Scouts through the rank of Eagle. Lyla has served in many leadership positions, as well as supporting roles. She has helped many boys in their Scouting progress. Lyla has exemplified the values of Scouting in her daily life. Lyla is trustworthy and dependable. Whenever she has been given an assignment, she sees it through to completion.
Kimberly has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 15 years. Kim is very dedicated in making sure the Scouts are getting what they need out of Scouting. She is always willing to provide opportunities for the boys to learn characteristics that will help them become great young men. Kim lives the Scout Oath and Law. She is a hard worker herself and lives by the principles and characteristics of Scouting Ideals. She is a great example to all.
Paula has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 35 years. Paula has held many positions at the Unit level, such as, Webelos leader, Pack Committee Chair, and Committee Member. She has also served on the District level as a Webelos Roundtable trainer. Paula is always one of the first volunteers to offer her help no matter what activity or training it may be. She is hard working, trustworthy, helpful, friendly, kind and loyal. She truly embodies all the points of the Scout Law. Paula’s dedicated service has been exceptional and goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Carolyn Wright Provo
Carolyn has devoted herself in service to Scouting for over 25 years. Carolyn has demonstrated devoted service to Scouting in many positions in the Cub Scout program. She is the embodiment of devotion to good causes. Carolyn is passionate about building the youth of our community and she always keeps the individual child at the forefront of her mind and is tireless in her efforts to benefit those whom she serves. Carolyn has demonstrated exceptional character that promotes the values of Scouting.
