Sat­ur­day, April 1st, 2017, the Tour and Activ­i­ty Plan was dis­con­tin­ued. As part of the announce­ment, BSA stat­ed: “The Scout­ing pro­gram, as con­tained in our hand­books and lit­er­a­ture, inher­ent­ly inte­grates safe­ty con­sid­er­a­tions.
