Annual District Operations Conference

The Council Executive Vice Presidents are leading a District Operations Conference in Saint George, January 30-31, 2015. The purpose of this Conference is to provide information and training for 2015. This will be a wonderful way to enrich your minds with the knowledge needed to make a difference in the lives of the youth. Everybody needs this training, so don’t miss this critical annual event!

Not sure if you should attend?

If you are a District Chairman, District Commissioner, member of the Executive Board or Executive Committee, District Committee Chair, Roundtable Commissioner, Advancement Chair, Camping and Marketing Chair, or Membership Chair, there is a section for you.

What do I wear?

Friday Night: Professional Dress Blues (Executive Dress)
Saturday: Field Uniform

Where  is it being held?

Events will take place at the Single Adults LDS Stake Center located at 450 S. 2200 E. Riverside Dr., Saint George, Utah 84770. The Chapel is immediately behind the Johnson Dinosaur Museum.

How to register?

Click ‘Register’ button then ‘Add New Participant’. A small window will appear. There will be a drop down menu. Specify whether you will be attending ‘Friday and Saturday’, ‘Saturday Only’, or if you are already registered and would like to now register your spouse for Friday’s dinner and/or Saturday’s spouse activities, click ‘Registering Spouse Only’. Continue filling out your information and when completed click ‘Add’. It will now have you fill out a form. The form is called ‘*2015 Annual District Operations Conference’. Click on this form to continue. It will ask you a series of questions such as your spouse’s attendance, purchasing ribbons, and purchasing patches. Complete this form. Once this is finished, it will bring you back to the first page of the registration. You will notice that the form that you just completed has a green check next to it, displaying that you have completed this step. Click ‘Continue’. The next page is the Shopping Cart to review your items. It should show your registration and whether or not your spouse is attending. Click ‘Checkout’. Enter your Billing Information. Click ‘Make Payment’. Confirm your purchase and you should receipt a receipt via email with your new registration.

Cost is $30.00 per Friday and Saturday
$25.00 per Saturday Only

NOTE: You may want to purchase the Journey to Excellence uniform patches and/or Unit/District Ribbons for your whole District Committee. This can be done at checkout.

HOTEL INFORMATION: Discounted Hotel rooms are available at the St. George Inn and Suites (1221 South Main Street, St. George, UT 84770).Quoted rate is $45 and that includes breakfast.
